#6 No more nation building, especially in Muslim cat box countries where the local religion is incompatible with democracy. That's what you call giving pearls to swine and it does no good for you or the swine. If we absolutely must fight these people then kill them, break what little infrastructure they have and let the survivors figure out what to do with the rubble.
