#3 Funny how stories of islamaphobia always turn on the sort of thing that this will create more terrorists. Never that they might reform their ways, try to better prevent terrorists in their midst, join the military in droves to prove their love of their new country (the way most other immigrant groups in America work).

But then Islam isn't a race like other immigrants its an ideal just as America isn't a ethnic based nation state like other countries, it's an ideal. Those two sets of ideals seem incompatible.

#10 It is time to consider that being phobic about islam isn't a bad idea. Essentially, we are expected to somehow discern the passive adherent from those that through taqqiya and kitman appear peaceful. That somehow, we need precise diagnostic tools that work in a screening interview so that we can admit the one and not the other, not mentioning those who blossom into jihadi's here due to the bile in their Mosques or online. Gee, perhaps a little bias against a potential threat seems reasonable. As for that "diversity makes us stronger" crap, utter pablum for those who haven't had a critical thinking decision required of them since deciding which gender they are.

How many of the Muslims of Ft. Pierce -- not including the killer's father, who made his opinions clear in his YouTube Dari broadcasts for his Afghan audience, quite unlike the things he said after events in English -- would fall into that 51%?
