#1 And this handy statistics map from a Bloomberg article in Dec 2016 will tell you why FOK'n NOTHING will be done about SSN 'disability' fraud.

Sadly, we [SSN payers] know precisely why.

#3 Mr. Daugherty's partner, Eric Conn, has been ordered to pay $31M in damages and civil penalties as a result of this scam.

Attorney Conn would take cases from the public and then Judge Daugherty would have them assigned to his docket. I suspect there was a transaction fee involved.

Judge Daugherty seems to have a pretty good batting record also.
