That's how they start. Then they bring in auditing teams from Anderson, to 'capture workflow efficiencies'. Then outsourcing is proposed and AA makes a bid. Staff augmentation starts with AA bench players then the middle manager layoffs begin so AA can 'clear the line of sight'.

Good luck with all of that after the downsizing and privatizing.
