Reoccurring Titles.

This is normal. Happens all the time. You can’t copyright your titles. Copyrighting your titles in a misguided effort to brand yourself won’t really do anything to help your book sales.

Over on the bookcase I have two (2) paperback with the same title: The Space Barbarians (yes, pulp title that) one by Tom Godwin(1964) and the other by Mack Reynolds(1969), there was a third but it got culled at some point...
