#3 I'm thinking a dinghy, a candle, a can of gasoline and a plastic cup. Chain the guy in the dinghy, fill the dinghy with gasoline, put the candle just out of reach and light it. Give the guy the cup. Let him start bailing. Oh, wait, this is happening on dry land on a hot day...
