#1 The compound was allegedly under surveillance by the FBI which begs the question as to why weren't any 'Federal Terrorism or Firearms charges brought' against these Muslim extremists? There would have been no chance of bail and danger to the community plus lengthy periods of incarceration if convicted.

So what are we hiding ?

Based on previous instances like Garland, TX and the Boston Marathon, the FBI was hard at work developing sources, cultivating informants, writing reports and following the trail up to Mr Big (no, I don't mean Whitey Bulger, I'm talking about jihadis). One of the first things you learn in a union shop is "Don't kill the job!".

#4 At what point is it declared time to shutdown the FBI and CIA replacing them with say the US Marshall's Office and the DIA?
While at it since Ruby Ridge and Waco the BATF has been well past it's sell by date.
