Any different? The judiciary has assumed powers over the government they never were intend to have. Thus inviting anyone in to challenge democratic self rule. The court has decided that they'll intervene on any ~~soup~~ cause du jour that titillates the coastie culture. Terms and term limits for our self appointed aristocracy.

#3 if your company wants a contract with Maryland there are pages and pages of boilerplate provisions that you have to agree to including safety, environmental, racial and sex discrimination, etc.

none of these limits freedom of speech or association so the contractor's employees could attend BDS meetings to their heart's content and write BDS letters to the editor, etc.
