#2 I hadn't been keeping track of Carlos Ghosn lately except I heard it implied somewhere that he probably wouldn't have been indicted if he hadn't have gone on in a speech about how much money Nissan was losing making the Leaf.

(Which is sad, in a way, because if I had to drive an electric car, I'd rather have a Leaf than a Tesla, if for no other reason than the doors, never mind that I like Nissan).
