#4 /\Enlarged warhead on the TOW BGM-71(C/D variants) is supposedly 900 mm or 35.43 in. of RHA steel. So, maybe...?
(Not that I believe any technical claims in most journalist articles without verifying...)

#6 measurements of penetration of anti tank missiles are on RHA quality steel. And yes that is 1m or steel, no mistake. A typical helicopter AT missile of 80's had up to 800mm like the French HOT.
