#12 New wrinkle but expected. In Maryland you apply for unemployment now you will not get card anytime soon. They have run out of cards. One fellow applied and was approved but has waited two weeks and no card received.Tuesday many did not receive payments. One fellow has gone a month without payment. This will get ugly quickly. Call and no one answers.
