Earl Thomas was allegedly confronted by his wife Nina following a night out in Austin, Texas on April 13
Nina had tracked Earl to an Airbnb where she discovered him in bed with his brother and several naked women
Nina is accused of holding a loaded 9mm Beretta to Earl's head; she was arrested for burglary of a residence with intent to commit aggravated assault
The couple have been married since 2016 and share three children together
Earl took to Instagram Wednesday to address the incident, and asked fans to 'pray' for his relationship
