#1 Money was taken by intercepting payments for vendors and altering the invoice account numbers, thus the money was paid into the wrong account. Not stolen directly, but forgery by stealing from legitimate vendors, apparently maass mailers, and hats, etc, that were already done. Likely billed 2%10 net 90, so the GOP more than likely can make this up after the election.
