#3 Should have built "Ha Ha Walls" long ago around Capital and White House and gotten rid of those unsightly fences. Add spikes plants to the bottom to detour all but the most determined. Then you could add fences in case of riots to make it particularly hard to get in.

Even after Biden's gone they'll need security from time to time and this and that riots against Trump nonsense has got to go. Freaking amateurs running perimeter security at the White House.
