I think what got the ball rolling was her Sec of State getting off lightly after hitting and killing a man while driving a car and claimed he thought he hit a deer. That's Democrap rubbish.

#4 I hate One Strike You’re Out thinking, and am willing to wait to see what results from this. Legislatures have in the past been known to write and pass careless laws that do not accomplish what they intended.
