#3 The absurd thing is that these cities - every single one - are run and have been run by left-wing Democrats FOR OVER 40 YEARS. They've had integrated police forces - many of which are majority-black - for over 40 years. Black police chiefs in most cases.

#5 IF we want to end the school to prison pipeline perhaps we need to look back at how they handled things long ago when they'd put delinquents into the military or a chain gang. I suggest a combination of the two to remove the brutality and death but get a similar effect.

Set up a Peace Corps type organization that has basic training as tough as the military and make some thugs work in third world nations. Until they realize what the world is like, or learn discipline, pride, and a work ethic.
