Arrested about 11 months ago.
Sentenced to 41 months with likely time served already.
What is 30+/- months from now?

Wouldn't that put him and the others back on the streets in time for the next set of election year ~~Peaceful Protests~~ Riots?

#5 I am still confused as to why these...people are not being charged with armed insurrection. After all it was a deliberately targeted attack on a Government building. The Law is quite clear on it being ANY government facility. Also it doesn't matter if it is Local, State or Federal. Of course if those charges are allied the you would have to start prosecuting all those whom provided "aid and comfort". Oops that gut the government.
