The crime rate in Bedford Park is 1230 % (yes 1230%) higher than the U.S. average. It was 99.9% higher than in all U.S. cities.

#16 about 10 years ago someone did a study and found that over 50% of the murder victims were convicted felons ( or maybe charged with a felony plus convicted)

that was before the recent 'get out of prison' policies went into effect
