The problem with ANY Government controlled/stored document or Evidence held for such a long period, is those that have seen a need to adjust the facts to meet their Narrative.

eg. A Sandy Berger - 2003
The former National Security Adviser under the Clinton Administration, illegally took classified documents from the National Archives on more than one occasion.

eg.
Kendra Kingsbury, an employee of the FBI’s Kansas City Division has been indicted by a federal grand jury for illegally removing numerous national security documents from June 2004 to Dec. 15, 2017, that were found in her home.

There is actually a Federal Website that tracks such incidents and suspected tamperings.

Definitely Kabuki dancing...

Last month the Military Commissions prosecutor, BG Mark Martins, suddenly decided to retire after 10 years as the primary prosecutor...something else is on the way from the Biden admin...and Martins likely knows it and does not want to be a part of it.

The families were big fans of BG Martins and suspect foul play is afoot regarding the KSM trial.

Likely the Biden admin has no clear goal so to speak...just trying to mimic what Obama did when he declassified a large portion of the 9/11 report. And Obama was correct to do so...Biden doesn't have a clue why he is doing what he is doing, just trying to protect his phoney baloney job...harumph.

If Biden was serious he would ship the 9/11 trial judge, prosecutor, and defense team to GTMO and tell them they can come home when the 9/11 KSM trial is complete.

Until then all is Kabuki theater.

He is just an upright Woodrow Wilson still able to read script and go though carefully scripted moments when juiced enough.
