#3 Ordinarily, the family would have the say-so on cremation decisions. There are messy things like last wishes and wills that also come into play. It would seem the family would have grounds for a huge lawsuit if they did not have any input into the cremation decision.

Not as huge as the one for the 'unknown shooter' were power burns identified on the back of the body.
