Sounds like North Carolina has a bunch of RACIST judges.

Given they tell us only Blacks cannot follow a Statewide ID law, but any other race and color can.

They must feel Blacks steal their Beer, wine, liquor
and smokes. Since those require State ID to buy. What about driving are all Black illegal drivers? Or what about filing for Government services?

Is this why the Black Community is the least VAX'd also because they don't have proper ID to get the shot?

Seriously asking.
If this had been a real NON-Political issues wouldn't the Democrats/Socialists been all over it making sure the Black Community all had Golden plated ID's

Or is the real reason, without Official ID to the Vote, elections can be played with.

#4 those blax who are scared or otherwise unable to get a 'free' ID for voting, sure can find it in them to procure an ID for other 'free' services.

this argument is so much BS. but the media continually runs interference for those making the argument.

#6 I don't know how it is in Wake County (next county over from me), but here in Johnston County EVERYBODY has to show ID to buy liquor at the state store. I'm 73, and I had to show ID.
So how to blacks get their liquor?
