Assuming its man-made on site detonation.

#5 Skid. Nice catch. But the 120 is a pain to haul at. Even worse if you're trying to not get busted. If your goal is to scare folks, you can go light. Nail the base plate of an 81 to the bed of a pickup, lay the rest down and cover with a dirty tarp.
Don't even need any FDC when all you're doing is slinging HE around for terror purposes.
A bit more prep for an actual target but unnecessary if you're trying to promote mail-in voting.

#7 I'm sure the FBI and the rest are panicking that they might actually have to do the job they're supposed to do.

Though my cynical nature tells me the vermin at the FBI will only find these guys AFTER they do whatever it is they plan to, assuming it's not all part of the FBI's typical terrorism plot. 10 agents, one patsy, with the FBI supplying all the weapons and kaboomite.

At this point, given how many times these things have come up, I can believe the FBI doing terrorism to 'cow' the masses to the wishes of their Nazi Democrat masters. Honestly, I've reached the point where the FBI ARE my first suspects in these things.

#8 From my rudimentary training in crater analysis at FT Knox in the late 70’s and assuming that picture is the actual blast location I submit the symmetry of the hole suggests either a stationary device detonated slightly above ground level, or a near perfect vertical descent projectile. Had to image the latter.
