#1 By the time the case reaches SCOTUS it will be obvious that NOT letting the completely mild and nearly-harmless omicron variant infect employees is a far greater threat to workplace safety than continuing with what is now obviously a mass incidence of vaccination failure.

Re the above term: "breakthrough infections" is these assholes' latest ridiculous move-the-goalposts Orwellian redefinition of what has always been known in the medical community as vaccination failure.

Look it is a FACT - IT DOES NOT VACCINATE against the C-19/21. It it did then why are we seeing repeated infections of VAX'd people.

Because we have seen VAX person after VAX person still getting the C-19/21. Why are we seeing Countries and States with 90+% VAX rates, still reporting high numbers?

At its best it only reduces the severity for the original strains A-B-D. It is only somewhat effective of Strain O, and that depends on which VAX producer.
Plus isn't it strange only that mRNA P-VAX is claimed by the Biden Junta CDC to be effected.

Despite mountains of medical data proving it not a real solution. Then just what the hell is in this inoculation that only lasts a few months, that is so damn important for the DC Swamp to FORCE into our systems?

The jig's up. Time to let this mild and extremely contagious variant do what should have been done from the beginning, and sweep through the population and give us natural immunity that's far more effective than these failing vaccines and 'boosters.'

From the NY Mag article:
