2. Separate them from their parents

3. Promise them a glittering new life in America

4. Take them under your wing and pay for & arrange air transport -- no reservation record, no name, not even a manifest -- and lodge them in a "safe" house in an unknown location controlled by the stranger

5. Keep the above incl the location completely secret: no papers, no notification of kin or even authorities
