#1 Wonder how long they will "accidently" overlooked that and what the long range agenda goals its supporting?

#2 fwiw

both the CARES ACT of 2020 and of 2021 were passed under Trump. The latter was signed in late Dec 2020.

The messed up administration resulting in fraud is mostly due to the limitations of State govt, but of course, it was made easier by the loose legislative language on eligibility of beneficiaries.

#3 So the Dems are covering up something they could blame on Trump? How ironic!

#7 Eighty billion is nothing compared to the 2008 mortgage meltdown heist.

#8 1. the $80B is probably a significant underestimate

2. the 2008 crises was made of many parts, the TARP (troubled asset refinance program) did have fraud, in the order of hundreds of millions but ultimately was a net gainer for the Dept of Treasury of something like $100 B. A lot of mortgages went under but that had winners (people who walked away from zero down mortgages) and losers (people who owned stock in various banks that held mortgages that were foreclosed).

#9 Losers also included people who went upside down. I was one.
