#4 Nato doesn't seem to want to get involved militarily, well lets just do the one thing that their charter demands they go to war over.

Seems unlikely to me. Putin seems too be having logistics problems, escalating the war doesn't seem the right solution. I expect Putin to call a cease fire once he's achieved some sought after objective and then use the pause to bring equipment into the theater for when the talks break down.
