As for metals, live with a few less stainless steel clad appliances for a few years. The style is worn out and out of fashion.

#8 ^ I don't think that gaslighting will work much. Most Americans interest in the Ukraine mess stops at "we don't want to be involved," (as it should.) They don't look at it in the depth that's going on here.
