VP Harris becomes President and the Speaker of the House (Nancy Pelosi) become VP.

#9 Looks like the script, or an ear piece, told him to turn to his right and shake hands with somebody. Whoever that was supposed to be wasn't there and Biden was unable to switch gears fast enough to keep from looking like the idiot that he is.
