#1 Sanctions have stopped production of the T-14 Armata, Russia's widely anticipated next-generation tank, which was expected to start serial production and delivery this year.

...Production never really got started on the Armata. At BEST, fewer than a hundred have been built, and the best way to describe them is hand-built prototypes, not production vehicles. None have been reported in Ukraine yet, which, given the supposed capabilities of the tank, is a little...curious.

#3 The Russians have not been producing tanks in large numbers for a long time, maybe because they had a large existing inventory, eh?

#4 I'm pretty sure Russia's tank industry is loving this war. They can't get enough of it I'm sure. The cost of replacement parts alone should fund their kids' college tuitions for years to come.

What's more like a sitting duck than a Russian tank vin Ukraine? I don't know you tell me.
