#7 We've been bitching for decades about how woeful our alllies in various wars have been both militarily and politically -- South Korea at the beginning, then the South Vietnamese, then the post-Saddam Iraqis, then the Afghans. Now, for a real change of pace, we're watching a quasi-allied (???) army beating the snot -- so far -- out of the mighty Red Army.
