#2 For quite similar reasons, the Moscow to Vladivostok 5700 miles Trans-Siberian RR could have also been a High Value Target (HVT). Can't remember for whom, or the specific bridges and tunnels however.

#4 Looks like a slope failure to me - a 'landslide' under the track. Poor construction and/or a lot of rain. Hard to cause on purpose (sabotage).
