#5 My guess is there will be a growing flood of pardons and commutations, both as an income source and to cloak the upcoming spate of political criminals/family members who need to bail before the next election.
Most interestingly will be the accelerated and prompted criminal investigation and charging of the immediate Biden family (Jim and Hunter) to force full discovery of the case against them, and by extension, the Presidents criminal exposure as an accomplice. Once that discovery process is fully complete, expect pardons under some fig leaf explanation and the Jojo defense teams building an ironclad story of incompetent innocence and false explanations, and massive files deletions before exiting the White House.
