#7 Turn off all location-based trackers. Avoid any social media requiring a sign-on. Never use Google for search or maps and avoid use of mapping apps generally on any mobile device other than your car's navigation. If necessary, identify only as "Rob Crawford."

Not with precision. They can't tell whether you're at a Starbucks or a gunshop 100 yards further down the street. Google has much more accurate data at the individual level than any of the carriers.

Sign out, turn off (trackers), drop out (of the Surveillance State).

#9 I'm not sure, but it's possible that a phone set up to make Wi-Fi calls may be basically invisible if it's only used with the cellular feature turned off.
