If ruled, GEICO must pay.
Then it just to the Medical coverage limits covered by the policy.

Besides, I did not read where it was forced sex, or she demanded he use a condom. Or the vehicle was moving or caused the HPV.

Could she have infected others?
If so, will her employer/renter/home Policy cover them?

BTW: Note: In most cases (9 out of 10), HPV goes away on its own within two years without health problems.

#4 Not sure how you would prove that the infection came from a particular car owner at a particular time in the car. I suspect that the rape kit came back positive for gecko semen.
