#2 Let's leave "bloc" behavior to the grievance groups. When I speak up on any issue of special treatment for anyone else, I should say "I'm stating my opposition to this as an individual. The moment you try to bring my race or sex (I don't play the "gender" game) into it, you are saying you are not to be taken seriously, and you should be ignored."
