#1 Simple test, get the tools ready and on display on a table in plain view. (China style eunuch tools preferred.)

Ask the prospective student if they are willing to completely remove their privates. If they refuse, then they are not really a girl and should be refused admiration.

If they agree and gets it done, then welcome the newly minted girl to the school.

They still cannot play in girls sports due to that pesty "Y" chromosome!

What kind of sense does that make? A biological girl, female inwardly and outwardly, but says the words "I'm a boy", can't go...but a young man with full wedding tackle says, "I'm a girl", and he's welcomed with open arms.

Somebody's gonna get their butt sued, and it will be so delicious.
