#1 Currently, the polypill is not available in the United States.

The major component is the inexpensive, newly developed drug Aspirin. Who knew? Approval however, may take years even decades.

#2 All three medications are available separately, so the advantage is just that they are combined into one pill.

#4 Swap out Lisonipril for Ramipril, then those three are what I'm taking now.

#5 Low dose Aspirin has been stopped by my cardiologist. Similarly among others as well. I am not up to date on what happened but I assume it was of no benefit.

#6 While I am not a MD, I would recommend occasionally taking some MD-2020 - may not help your heart, but you'll feel real good right before your heart attack... So pick the occasion (like celebrating walking from your bed to the bathroom and back again, in under an hour) and your flavor (10 and still growing) with up to 18% alcohol per volume... you'll feel great. Owned and made by a New York based wine company, the MD refers to the company name, Mogen David rather than the commonly perceived 'Mad Dog'.

#8 Gee, and I was really hoping Ivermectin would cut the mustard.

#9 I want to go in my sleep, up in a deer stand. Turkey Buzzard bait for six months or so, or until they find me.

Unfortunately Gawd only has so many deer stand tickets. Not certain my unextraordinary duty performance warrants one :-(

#12 You know B, you could take up golf instead, and like most older people, who get their first Hole-in-One at the ripe old age of 82, have that "coming to join you Elizabeth" moment out on the fairway. Well, if you have a harried groundskeeper like Bill, he might just "make a permanent place" for you upon the ground you rest upon...on the fairway... Wouldn't be a bad place to "rest" for an eternity... now would it...no buzzards involved, either.

#13 I took up golf after my first heart attack. I now shot 68 for 9 holes.
