#1 LOL, a few weeks. How nice. Even the French came to their senses and decided to fire up all idled nuke power plants.

And depending on their locations, I'd bet the French will be selling the Germans some electricity.

I think they mean a metric few weeks, which is longer and more ill-defined than a normal few weeks.
