#1 Several videos of the attack are out on the he www. Some got through and hit the Russian Fleet. Others did an abort when Russian helicopters started protecting the ships circling and firing on the Maritime Drones. One video from a Maritime Surface Drone showed it aborting it's mission due to heavy fire from a helicopter. It then headed back to port and as it passed close by a fishing boat the fishermen dove off their fishing boat into the sea thinking it was going to hit boat.

I can say you really are a moron. We would have seen it if Russia had it. They are well past 50% usage of their strike stocks. Russia has failed to make the air safe for their strike aircraft and they have failed to destroy the Ukrainian air force.

#14 Ukraine’s Military Intelligence Directorate (GUR) Chief, Major General Kyrylo Budanov, stated on October 24 that the impact of Russian terrorist strikes against critical Ukrainian infrastructure is waning as Russian forces further deplete their limited arsenal of cruise missiles.[7] Budanov stated that Russian forces have stopped targeting Ukraine’s military infrastructure, instead aiming for civilian infrastructure to incite panic and fear in Ukrainians. Budanov noted, however, that Russian forces will fail as Ukrainians are better adapted to strategic bombing than at the beginning of the war. Budanov claimed that Russian forces have used most of their cruise missile arsenal and only have 13 percent of their pre-war Iskander, 43 percent of Kaliber, and 45 percent of Kh-101 and Kh-555 pre-war stockpiles left, supporting ISW’s prior reports on dwindling Russian precision-guided munition stockpiles.[8] Budanov noted that Russian cruise missiles lack precision, as a missile likely intended to hit the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) building in Kyiv missed its target by 800 meters. Budanov stated that Russia’s dwindling supply of cruise missiles is forcing the Russian military to rely on Iranian drones but that Iranian suppliers only send 300 drones per shipment and that the drones take a long time to manufacture. Budanov stated that Ukrainian air defenses shoot down 70 percent of all Shahed-136 drones, including 222 of the 330 Russia has used so far. It is impossible to assess the degree to which ongoing unrest and growing strikes in Iran might interfere with Tehran’s ability to manufacture and ship drones to Russia.

The Russians have made enemies in every direction they look and need those remaining weapons if someone *cough China* decides to Special Military Operation the Russians. Worse for the Russians, they can't produce more precision weapons w/o importing/smuggling in the guidance components which have been cut off.

In the mean time the US and other western countries are doubling or more their production of precise and dumb munitions and shipping them to the Ukrainians.

Nope. Did IT for them but thanks to congress fucking with budgets for a decade and furloughs I refuse to work for the government ever again.

Militaries use their older stocks first in a conflict. Why I and multiple other agencies think the Russians are well under 50% stocks is the chips in the recent cruise missiles fired. They were built in 2019. Which means they were installed in the missile in late 2020 or in 2021. That missile still had a new car smell so to speak and the Russians are using it. With the sanctions, they ain't getting any more chips in which is why they are reaching out to other countries like Iran and North Korea for weapons.

Thanks for the additional numbers there Crereque Clusogum7898. That is newer than what I have seen.

#16 We would like to believe Russian reports, but find it increasingly difficult to do so.
In 1940 the Luftwaffe made a long and serious effort to destroy the RAF, but at one point gave up and started aiming at civilian targets. This turned out to be a sign of weakness, of an inability to destroy the RAF.
The Russians have done the same thing, apparently showing similar weakness.
They have done so with seemingly inaccurate weapons and with massive drone attacks at infrastructure targets using foreign supplied drones.
Now they complain about massive drone attacks on military targets by Ukraine. They claim to have suffered only minor damage from it.
This could be all true, but if so, why would such minor damage cause them to cut off grain shipments, perhaps ultimately causing famine in Africa? This reaction again seems a sign of desperation.
Is the Russian Navy afraid that more larger attacks can destroy it entirely? If so they have found a perfect way to have that possibility tested in the near future.

I bet that every navy in the world (even including the Chinese) would love to test the effectiveness of their drone forces against the Russian navy at Sevastapol or even elsewhere. They may be lining up for the chance to do so, by supplying Ukraine and observing.

Guarantee that is what they are doing. Long tradition of giving your new stuff to a war overseas and seeing how it holds up. It has been proven the Russian SAMs can't stop HIMARs, and most of their other equipment is not even up to 1989 standards.

China based a lot of their military tech off that and while I think it is better than the Russian crap (except engines and the like. Russians make damn good engines just behind the Germans) I think their stuff will not perform well against the newer western stuff.
