#1 Seems he has to cave to the Dems, MAGA or withdraw. If he negotiates with the Dems he puts at risk any Republicans that support him. I am glad to see a group in Congress hold the line after so many years of hope. The debt ceiling is going to be interesting as well. McCarthy is asking for an office that will shred him.

#4 At this point the UniParty is dumb not to give McCarthy the hook. He is negotiating the starting point for the person who will actually move into the office after McCarthy clears out. He is trading on somebody else’s tab.
