#1 I would like to see Miley busted down to E-1 throughout the course of these many investigations. I would think that bread and water would only be a health benefit for him. You used to only get that in NJP anyway. His China stuff is more on the rope worthy level. His Afghanistan performance should have had him cashiered by the standard of every previous stand of American Military history, but I am good with keeping him on active duty while the sharks take him apart piecemeal.
