#2 Abu Ghraib was going great, it was just mismanaged. American recruitment and evaluation policy must have begun to suck just then. The photos shouldn't have gotten out. Instead they should have discretely disseminated rumours for the psyche value. There shoulda been more Abu Ghraibs actually, and prisoners shoulda been used up totally. Like they do in Xinjiang.
