I would love to hear the story of how this document made its way from Putin's desk to Yahoo News. Perhaps Yahoo has infiltrated world capitals with crack journalist spies. Perhaps that guy from GCHQ called again and said "I got another one for ya." Perhaps I'm just getting tired of these transparent media ops.
