#2 Suggest a Regional Youth Development Center for 3 years, then xfer'd to an adult correction facility for 2+ more.

Require IT, to get a GED while in jail, as a condition for release.

Whatever the case, IT should never be allowed back on any public school grounds for life.

#5 ^^outlaw anything but flip phones for kids under 18. Nothing with a screen. Limited text ability to communicate with mom and dad. A tracker so they can know where the child is located. Smart phones combined with social media are destroying our children. It needs to stop.
