#3 In Chad you have the Arab Center-east and the Zaghawa; you have the North, the Borkou-Ennedi-Tibesti of the Toubou, and then there is the complacent south of African ethnicities. For over sixty years Chad has been an ungovernable-governed state. It was a playground for Qadafi; it has been threatened by the Sudan. Now it has the Boko Haram presence around Lake Chad. The French are constantly dipping their beak in the place. That the Wagner might be there? Welcome to the club.
