#1 The US Army needs more Ranger level trained 11b's.
The New multi-gender adjusted training qualifications are a joke.

Once making Ranger grade, 1 in several 100 testing for SF status, will pass the Q-Course. Then about 1 in 50+/- of those can pass Phase II Physical and Psych test for SFOD-D.
