Add Cuba, Belgium, UN, League of Nations, Indians. I think you have to go back to the Muslim slavers ruling with an iron hand, and I think they still just stuck to the roads and the mineral mines. Go back far enough and I bet you have a Badarian, "Hey, what's up river?" and another, "Been there, fuck it."
