#1 One could credibly argue that he indeed was the worst President by putting Slo-Joe in a position to assume the role. The Pedofile-in-Chief would never had ascended if it weren't for this. And Obozo continues to have an active role in "governing". My fear is that big Mike will run and we'll have our first tranny in chief. Maybe this is the origin of Slo-Joe's comment "God save the Queen"

#5 Social Security Numbers were geographically linked to residence, but I suspect at at the time of the issuance, the controversy about a Hawaii birth certificate might not have been laundered, so a phony number would have been purchased to avoid messy questions. Reasonable explanation and fits other questions from the past.
