#3 Unless they have unit esprit de corps then they run into the typical peasant indifference to just about everything. For example, a friend worked at Whirlpool and told a story about training in assembly plants in Mexico: after about two weeks of instruction the trainer was more or less satisfied with the trainee when the next morning a stranger showed up to 'work' -- it was the trainee's cousin and who thought it was perfectly fine to substitute because the trainee had some errands to run that day !?!
