(a) "We can't solve it", is not an argument. Especially, as the original virus was produced through forced evolution, not genetic engineering.
(b) Cui bono? While there are dozens of countries who have the necessary tech level, who's that stupid?
Chinese? China suffered from COVID more than anybody else.
Democrats to steal the election? Pleeese spare me.
Russians? What for - even NYT admits they're winning.
Ukrainians as a weapon of doom? The really crazy ones don't have the tech ability. Moreover, we'd see Russians blaming Ukraine, and we don't.
